Getting it done within a reasonable time was key. There were a few hoops to jump through but that's the nature of mortgage financing. Could have had better communication on necessary docs early on but, again, it got done AND in a timely manner.

I have tried to refinance with other companies in the past , they would not go as far as David did to help me. It was a lot of work on both ends.
