David made us feel comfortable about the whole process right away, he explained everything upfront and what we should expect. I work until midnight most days and it makes it hard to get things done during the regular business day, but with David that didn’t matter. David would call me when I got home from work and go over whatever I had questions about or just to check in. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mr. Bouronich initiated our service and he was very committed, communicative, organized and informative. David was available at closing to explain my concern with the school taxes that were and to how that would be paid. Your processor however needs to work on her customer when work with an applicant’s employer. My boss said she was rude. This is a small mom and pop business- the one time that I worked overtime was a fluke for when worked in the deli and came with new employees leaving on short notice that led to work I. Better communication…..I having so many issues with these checks I recieved ….didn’t have no idea I had to send them off myself I was told that I would have just recieved all cash and just paid it out from my account like I normally pay my bills……now I’m having trouble with sending them off now…very frustrating

David was very enthusiastic about how much money I was going to save. I appreciated that. However, when he added the numbers, he kept letting me know that I would get two months without paying the mortgage, depending on when I closed. Even though I closed in the second half of the month, my first payment was still in January 2022. Had I known that I would have closed later. I almost cancelled the contract on November 17.

The problem occurred AFTER the refinance closed when I posed a VERY simple question. I had to request help THREE times and the ONLY response I got (finally) was essentially "It's in the paperwork. LOOK IT UP YOURSELF."

Would appreciate it if David would consult with me before moving forward with any decisions on my behalf. I was making an inquiry and David went ahead and processed a loan request without my consent. Dishonest, deceptive, and misleading tactics by David during our connection.
