Other than signing, everything else was good. The escrow agent did not call to set up an appointment, just showed up, also he had no business card to identify himself, did not give us copies of what we signed.

I received too many communications from too many different people. The communications were unclear and required that I call Dan for clarification, so it was somewhat confusing and convoluted. I completed the form and included a boxed check for a wire transfer to my bank account. This never happened, I received a check instead. This causes me issues af my bank is out of state. I am also wondering what happened to my board check?
