Dave and his team were great to work with. He explained everything thoroughly and was available when I had questions. It was a difficult closing on the sellers end but Dave and his team were very responsive to any changes.

Dave and his team were really professional throughout the loan process.As a first time home buyer, we had a lot of questions which were prompty answered by Dave and his team.Dave proactively gave us a lot of information and inputs regarding loan processing/home buying tips.We were all set with loan process much before our closing date. Excellent quality of work from Dave and his team!!! Dave is highly recommended!

We've used Dave and his team before. . . however we were in the market again and decided to use him once again! We hit so many road blocks and ultimately ended up going a different route- Dave and his team didn't bat an eye. They were on point the whole time and were available to answer our million questions. Throughout the whole process Dave was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and responsive (even evenings and weekends). Dave helped us achieve an already quick close ahead of schedule and I'm very happy with the financing solution he designed. I would have no hesitation working with Dave and his team in the future.

Five stars ain't enough for what this man does. I was trying to close on a Mortgage loan will another Mortgage company. They took 2 months and still didn't get me closed. My Realtor requested I talk to Dave and I did. It was the best thing I done. I fired the First Mortgage company and Hired Dave. I get up every morning to go to work at 4:00 am.
