Overall I found my experience with David Flashner to be great. Pros, 1) He actually showed up at the closing so he could explain what I was signing. 2) The morning of the closing he realized that I might be leaving some money on the table. With a closing scheduled at 11:00am he had all the documents revised early in the morning so that I wouldn't pay more than I needed to. His revisions saved me money. If you are looking for someone who truly cares about you and acts more like your friend than your lender, then David is your guy. He was with my wife and I every step of the way all the way to the closing table. Responsive to all my emails and indecisiveness. He offered coaching and tips on every aspect even in selling why existing home to ensure we were protected. If you are looking for a lender who truly is looking out for you, then David is your guy!

Dave worked with me when some other lenders wouldn't talk to me. I don't have a huge income but I manage my money well and he was able to secure a more expensive mortgage that I can afford but other lenders wouldn't risk with me.

Dave was our loan officer buying our first home. He was wonderful to work with! Since we had never gone through this process before we had no idea what we were doing. He set up a meeting with us and explained every detail to help us understand every fee and number we were getting on our mortgage loan. My Husband and I highly recommend him!

Dave went above and beyond! We started off with a different mortgage company, initially. After a very unpleasant experience with the other mortgage company and a week after our due diligence period, our realtor recommended we switch mortgage companies sooner rather than later and referred us to Dave. Dave was in touch with me immediately, had all our information, and had the process started within a couple days. There arent enough words in the dictionary to describe how grateful and blessed I am to have came accross Mr. Flashner and his team. Prior to coming across success mortgage I worked with another lender for a year and tried the same process with several homes, all deals failed because of lender. David is the best, we moved from out of state. He kept us in the loop on everything & communicated to us immediately if he needed anything. If I ever move again, he will be doing our loan. I've never had such a smooth process.

Working with David was a real pleasure. Though I knew a little bit about the process, he walked me through the nuisances of it all.
