Dave was very helpful in the Loan process. initially it seemed like impossible to secure a loan ,because the process was very involving but Dave and his team were very instrumental in walking me through the whole process. Over all I had a very good experience.

The Best thing about Mr. Flashner was if you called or emailed him he would get back to you with in mins. And his team would make you feel like your family.
Dave and his team are AMAZING. He is so much more than a mortgage broker..he really helped us and gave us good financial advice as well. Wouldn't recommend anyone but Dave Flashner and his great team!
David and his team are great to work with, they made the whole process easy. I'm not much of a tech person, but with their help we were able to complete almost everthing online which saved a lot of time.
I'm not sure I could honestly say anything could have been better. I have purchased many homes in all my years and I will say David was the most attention to detailed individual I have ever used. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was aware of all and all that could be. I would recommend David to anyone and all needing financing on your home. I have had two VA loans in my lifetime and this one was the smoothest by far of the two.
