We've all heard horror stories about how difficult is to buy a house-especially if you're using a government-sponsored down payment assistance program. This was not the case with Dave Flashner, at all! He is extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, he explained everything in easy to understand terms, which is very helpful for a 1st time home buyer. Dave was a delight to work with. This was my first mortgage and I was uneasy about the process and needed guidance. Dave guided me through the entire process, informing me of things I wasn't aware of and answered my questions quickly and efficiently. He took all the pressure off of me and said "let me work for you". He also kept me informed at every step of the process. That was very comforting. I would recommend Dave to any of my friends and family. 100%

Dave Flashner is the only man I'd ever trust to help me get into a house. After failed attempts at getting a house he not only guided me to build my credit but helped me every step of the way into purchasing my 1st home... I would recommend anyone to talk to him and work with him to buy a house... he is honest, helpful and works hard to insure you get everything you need taken care of with the most ease possible... thanks dave!

Dave Flashner is outstanding. He made sure to meet us in person to get us comfortable with the entire process and was able to pull off an amazingly quick closing so that we would not be left homeless for any period of time between the sale of our old home and the closing on our new one. Throughout the process, he was friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and thorough. We sincerely appreciate everything he and his phenomenal team accomplished for us and highly recommend him and his team to anyone in the market.

Normally I don't write reviews but this is the exception because Dave and and his team were EXCEPTIONAL. I'm not going to tell you they made this experience easy because home buying is not an easy process. However, Dave and his team worked 24/7 on getting us into our new home. He's extremely knowledgeable in his field and directed me appropriately each time we hit a snag. Professional and responsive always. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Dave Flashner.

Secured first use of VA loan benefits through Dave with a far less than perfect credit score and over-extended debt ratio. His knowledge and guidance helped me and my wife get our first home very quickly! Closed right within sellers timeline. Would highly recommend to fellow Veterans who are looking to use their VA option.
