We made a purchase offer on a home in TN only to lose out to a cash buyer. 2 weeks later we signed a purchase agreement on a different home (using the same realtor) and using David as our lender with UTB. Ironically, the home we lost out on to the cash buyer closed only 4 days before the home we purchased with David and T+UTB ... and we signed 2 weeks later and were a jumbo loan.
