David was an absolute Rockstar! My realtor and the title company were a little bit unsure about using an out of state person for our loan but both were EXTREMELY impressed and complimentary of David and his team at my closing. They said that him and his team were on top of everything. I was thoroughly impressed too. David is also extremely responsive. Even outside of business hours. I will be honest when my clients come with their own lender from out of state I typically worry. David however did an amazing job. Was honest, responsive, and stayed on time even with the clients not getting everything to him immediately. We were CTC a week before closing and he seemed to have gotten them a great rate and the fees were not bad. He did an excellent job.
