I wasn't sure that I could even purchase,a house. David was so helpful in reassuring me that I could do it! He was responsive and always answered my questions, no matter how many I had! He met the deadlines needed to close the deal. I would recommend his services to anyone.

David's information was given to me when it looked like my purchase was about to fall through. My lender at the time could not get the deal done which was causing serious problems requiring us to beg the sellers for an extension of the closing date. The sellers granted us only 3 weeks to get the deal done or we would lose the house and our deposit. David stepped in like a HERO and pushed the deal through in only 19 days. I found David randomly via an internet search for a bank that could handle our mortgage transaction. From first contact, he was helpful and informative, guided me through the process, and brought the transaction to a successful conclusion -- all by phone and internet. I can't say getting a mortgage is simple or easy these days, but David made it happen as smoothly and painlessly as anyone could.
