David and his team at CBC were absolutely wonderful to work with and really made the re-financing of my home a breeze. If you want a lender who is at the top of his game and that will get the job done quickly and correctly, choose David. He's fantastic. He's the most responsive lender I've ever worked with and he ensures the loan is always moving forward. Because of David and his team, we were able to MOVE UP closing by several days and get in our new home in time for Thanksgiving.

Once again, David and his team delivered exactly as expected and ahead of schedule! This was the fourth loan we've done with David and his team and I would not consider working with another. This time, the loan was a jumbo in a highly competitive market where timing was crucial to get a contract accepted and closed.
