David Goldberg made the purchasing of a house very pleasant. I was expecting the normal nightmare from getting a home mortgage. Not at all with David. It was easy to submit the needed documents and all the documents requested were expected. They did not ask for anything unusual. They also requested the documents early in the process instead of days before close. I highly recommend David. It was a great experience. We closed with no issues and on time. I was even given the opportunity to close early!!!!

My wife and I were looking to buy our first home in early 2021. David exemplified customer service and support throughout the whole process. Everything he said would happen did happen as stated. He was also very responsive to all of my questions which I appreciated greatly. I will certainly be a return customer in the future for other loan needs.

David Goldberg and the United Trust Bank team were extremely helpful and turned our refinance loan quickly. They were there to answer questions every step of the way and were incredibly quick to respond and follow up at every turn. I would 100% recommend David to anyone looking for a mortgage loan.

We had a challenging loan to fund (traditional mortgage plus a HELOC) given the COVID conditions at the time, and they got it done quickly and efficiently given the circumstances. David and his team were helpful and really nice to work with. I definitely recommend contacting him for your next mortgage.

Being self employed with rental properties proved to be extremely difficult for the first lender we chose proper to going with David. After 3 months and still no closing we started over with David. He closed us inside 30 days and saved the deal! Not only are me and my wife excited, but the sellers of the house we are moving into are just as happy because they dont have to take their house back to market! Thanks so much David!
