(2019 update): I did a refinancing with David again as well as opened a new HELOC. With the good experiences in 2017, this time I didn't even bother to look around and shop. David is again consistently awesome and responsive. The process is extremely smooth. He got me the best rate during the last couple of months.Bought a house in NJ. This is the 3rd place I bought. David was very helpful in every step, he responds in a timely manner. Sometimes, he even responds in the middle of the night, meaning, he is truly dedicated to his work and taking care of his clients. We had a problem withthe title company, David called them and took care of it. Without his help we wouldnt be able to close the deal and we would not be seeing our beautiful home.
