Great lender to work with! Made the process a breeze and offered customized videos to help along the loan approval stages. Don't forget to make sure you look into what mortgage rate is applied during pre-approval, compared to the approval stages.

Working with David on purchasing our first home was great! We had a lot of hesitations and even more questions. David was always prompt with answering our questions. There were times that we would reach out thinking he won't get to it til the next day, and were pleasantly surprised to get a response back immediately! We would definitely work with him again. We can not thank David enough for his ability to make what can be a stressful situation, an exciting milestone that we took in our life!

David was very helpful and we were successful in refinancing our home after many failed attempts with other lenders. He was very responsive and was able to answer all questions. Finance charges below average and overall coordination with his team was superb. I would highly recommend him to those looking to refinance.

David approached me from a friend's recommendation. Time is very important to me David is very straight forward, exact, and concise. Engauges all my novice questions and mis-understood assumtions. I was in a sellers market and not attactive as a VA loan. It took 6 months to locate a property to purchase.
