While the paperwork process worked as expected, the bank and underwriting did not get completed until the very end and last minute. In fact, the closing had to be delayed a week or so. I understand that industry is in a busy time right now, however, when it did come down to the wire, in my opinion, the unprofessional tone of David and his loan processing team was uncalled for. Would not recommend him or use him again.

Unfortunately, the appraisal delay caused the completed report to be delivered after the planned closing date, which prevented us from hitting our goal of an on-time closing, even though your loan had already been approved by underwriting weeks earlier. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY. They dragged me on for a refinance for 3 months ruining my credit, telling me not to make mortgage payments then making me late on them, ruining my credibility on my rental site and everything was given to them within the first few weeks and that information was what wouldn't go through 3 months later.
