David was great! I didn't think anyone could help me. I had been trying for two years and he was the first one that was able to help me.He and the underwriters he work with were able to help me by knowing their business, where if the other mortgage company I had been dealing with wasn't as mortgage law knowledgable.

David worked with a sense of urgency in getting our loan approved since we were on a tight deadline and had an intricate situation. He anticipated problems that would delay the approval and addressed them quickly. Very satisfied with his service and did everything he could. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough positive things about our mortgage experience with David. We live in NJ and since we previously bought at the peak of housing boom (2005), we knew we would be taking a hit when we sold our home. David was fantastic. He did a purchase finance for me and my wife on our new home. He was very good at communicating to us throughout the process. We always knew what was needed and what was expected from us. We were able to purchase the home at a good price and David provided the fairest rates and closing cost of all the lenders we spoke with. I have referred many people to David since we closed because I know he will treat my friends and family like gold.
