Working with David was great. He was available by email almost any time and very quick to respond to questions. There was a mix up with the paper-work where a middle name was misspelled, which caused hours of extra work and headache, but as I understand it, it was the fault of the title company doing the closing, not any fault of David or CBC National Bank.Overall and wonderful experience and I would recommend - thanks David!

I contacted David early one morning asking that he get me pre-approved for a specific dollar amount. By the same afternoon David delivered! Within a week I saw a house I liked and a month later closed the deal. David made a daunting process almost unnoticeable. My realtor appreciated David's ability to make decisions quickly and his clear communication. My father recommended that I contact David, and I'm very glad I did. We just refinanced our home with David & couldn't be more impressed! David was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was always available to answer questions. If we ever purchase a house again....David will be the FIRST person we call for our financing!
