He's the best. I've worked with multiple other lenders from large banks and David's team is the only one I recommend to friends. They are high touch and make this stressful process as smooth as possible. I also appreciate the docusign capabilities. Most importantly, they answer all questions and are honest.

I am very pleased to share my experience with David and his team. First, I was originally with another lender who told me that my FHA loan would require 45 days to close. As a result, I needed to offer the home seller an additional $2200 to cover the cost of his mortgage going past 30 days to close. Well, not only did David’s team close in a little less than 3 weeks, saving me the extra $2200, the fees were almost $4000 less than the lender I originally went with. Amazing!
