he is the best lender that i would recomend. easy going and a person that you can feel him like a family. his advise has helped me to buy the house that i love to live. without his advise i would have missed this lovly two story house. he was communicating with my agent and with me very well. my agent was so happey about him and he was saying that he will going to make him to be his customers lender. he is very knowledgeable about the businnes and care about the buyer.

He was always available and if he wasn't, he would call back as soon as he was available. You can't ask for anything else. He exemplifies what a true mortgage broker is.....

David Gordon of Midwest Equity Mortgage is one of the best people I have ever done business with. He knows his services as well as the market and knows how to effectively present the best options for someone. I have used him more than this once and would continue to come back if I ever needed him. In fact, I have referred a few other people his way and all have been very satisfied with their experience and outcomes. As first time homebuyers we were very pleased with how well he handled all of our crazy questions and how many times we asked. We had a rough go at it and changed things quite a bit but he stuck it out and helped us get our wonderful new home couldn't be happier to have had the chance to work with him.

I am so happy to have worked with David on my mortgage loan! David was extremely helpful thru the entire process. He was always willing to provide detail explanation regarding anything asked. David helped to make my home buying process less stressful. One of the best things I liked about David is that he wanted to do what worked best for "me." I greatly appreciate that. He is so awesome!
