Very professional and caring.
I can not recommend Dr. Jones and his staff highly enough. Everyone is caring and professional, and I felt comfortable from the moment I walked into the office. I've had several root canals in my life but none so competently and painlessly performed as this one.
In my experience/opinion, the doctor seemed more interested in billing than in fixing the problem. He jumped from one surgery to the next, without being willing to even investigate the problem. In 3 months, I went from a mildly-achy tooth to what I'm told might be lifelong 24/7 pain and many many thousands of dollars in bills [to my insurance].
