I can't say enough good things about working with David. He was extremely professional and helpful throughout our entire home buying process. He is a great communicator and answered all of our questions in quickly and clearly. He worked hard to get us a great rate and fast closing date and kept us informed the whole way through. We have used David Breaux for the purchase of two homes. He has always gone above and beyond the call of duty. For example, he helped with successfully navigating a challenging underwriting situation on the second purchase and submitted our HELOC, despite it residing outside of his responsibilities. There are a number of good reasons why we've done multiple refi's with David. The first is that he's always gotten the best possible rate for us. Second, his attention to detail has been cultivated during his many years of experience, and it shows up in how quickly he gets things done. Third, he has gotten many panicked emails from me and always answered calmly. His calm answers always made me feel better. And finally, Dave is a great guy.
