Dr Auerbach is a straightforward tell it how it is type of person from my experience with him. Just how I personally like it. Everything went so smoothly and exactly how his staff laid it out for me. I still can't believe how comfortable I felt with the surgery. For post-surgery, his staff was prompt in answering any questions I had.
Very busy practice but worth the wait. Dr A is thorough & his experience for me, meant the right procedure with a good recovery. Not everyone will like him, but I did. He's like many surgeons- he's interested in whether or not he's going to conduct a surgery. Smart and not touchy feely. His PA, Danielle, is good and after your initial assessment you'll see her for all followup. This is the case at SCOI with many of the surgeons. Two Trigger finger surgeries with great results and no complications. Very pleased. The entire team is professional and excellent.
Surgery relieved years of pain and numbness in my hand. Wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to do it. Recovery was pretty quick - post op pain and swelling only lasted 3 or 4 days.

This is my fourth Trigger Finger release (all different fingers) my Dr. Auerbach. All facets of the experience have been fantastic from pre op to prep to day of surgery and recovery. I felt informed, at ease and always well taken care of by Dr. A and his incredible support team.
Had several visits and my experience everytime was awesome. Care, courtesy, professionalism and knowledge was the greatest.
This is my third surgery for me done by Auerbach (both shoulder and my elbow) I have been able to go back to play tennis and other activities as it was before surgery. He and his staff are great.
Only saw the Dr. a total of 15 minutes throughout the entire procedure. The procedure went well but lacked a personal connection. That may be due to Covid, not sure, but the whole process was very non-personable.
