I saw Dr.Auerbach in October of 2019. He was so professional. I knew I was in good hands. His staff, including his scribe, were very helpful and were able to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend!
Very thorough explanation of the problem and what the available solutions were. I opted for surgery which was convenient, painless, quick and easy. Followed the recovery instructions and after just 1 week, i had significant improvement. Dr. Auerbach has an electronic followup which is daily and thorough - very impressive.
I enjoyed working with the Doctor and his staff. They were quick with following up on questions and checked in regularly on progress after surgery. The surgery center staff was excellent also.
Awesome from day 1 The entire Team has been outstanding. I am very pleased, and greatful for the care I have received.
I really like Dr. Auerbach. I was referred to him for a second opinion after another doctor recommended the most aggressive option for surgery on my arm. Dr. Auerbach recommended trying a brace and if that didn't work, then a much less aggressive and less risky form of surgery. I really appreciated the time he spent discussing my options and the logic for his recommendation.
Saw Dr. Auerbach last August for my broken elbow. He was very nice and put me at ease. He even used humor during our visit and was genuine in his concern for what happened to me. I felt so comfortable with him that I asked him about a ganglion cyst on my wrist. He suggested surgery. I had to postpone for several months but when I emailed the scheduling nurse, I got an immediate response and just had my surgery yesterday. No forgetting me in the shuffle. They are prompt and professional.
Dr. Auerbach took care of my rotator cuff problem without surgery. I was unable to lift my arm or get dressed without help for many months. I tried acupuncture, body work, yoga, everything non-Western-medicine first, to no avail. Dr. Auerbach examined & xrayed & identified a rotator cuff issue. He prescribed P.T. and a cortisone shot. First cortisone shot worked for a few months, then the pain came back. Second cortisone shot did the trick. I'm pain free and fully functional for 3 yrs now.
I trusted Dr. Auerbach with my damaged rotator cuff. From the start, his approach was disturbingly casual. His only explanation: “It’s a very easy operation. You’ll be in a sling a few days, and after two weeks you’ll be moving your arm,” while dramatically showing off his own range of motion. When I asked about recovery, he repeated, “Maximum two weeks.” It sounded so effortless that I agreed to proceed. When I asked to schedule, he said, “Talk to my assistant. Oh, and do you want a shot while you wait?” I declined, uneasy,... read more
I’d rather be working on my film, but I’m sharing my experience to PROTECT YOU. Please know, YOU CAN ALWAYS WALK OUT. If someone doesn’t respect you and build trust, WALK AWAY. Just because they have a medical certificate does not mean they care about YOUR HEALTH vs $.Dr Auerbach belittled and gaslit me for asking common sense questions, such as recovery time, procedure process and cost. He lied to me about the recurrence rate after a simple ganglion cyst extraction, in order to pressure me into getting the more expensive su... read more
