David and his team got us our loan on a rush basis and got us a great rate. At the last minute we changed the amount of the loan and David was able to pivot and get it done.
Dave is great to work with, the market is another challenge.
It was a long haul and the bank didn’t make it easy. However, Dave helped keep us in the loop and kept us up on what was happening which made it much easier. He got it done doing THREE loans at one time!
