Dave was very fast and competent in securing us with a loan to purchase our home. He gave us a completely transparent overview of the loan options we had. He provided us several times with loan quotes, letters for the real estate agent, document translations, home insurance quotes, etc., and answered promptly and clearly all our questions during the entire home purchasing process. The whole process of getting a loan was very smooth.

Dave and his entire team are wonderful to work with. They are extremely responsive and have always gotten back to me with any questions or problems quickly, even at odd times. Dave has been in the business for a long time and knows the ins and outs of the mortgage industry. They make the financing process easy and seamless and help take the stress out of that part of the home buying experience. We've now used Guranteed Rate, Inc. twice - once for our personal home and also as we helped our daughter purchase her first home. I have no reservations about recommending them to anyone needing home-buying services. We plan to be in our current home for about 2 years. After that we will certainly be calling Dave and his professional team for our next home purchase.
