I had a unique situation as I was new to the country and had little money for initial deposit. Dave understood my situation and help me get the loan at a good interest rate and helped me through out the process. I had tried number of lenders before him and none of them were able to help me. Dave is the reason I have my house today.

Dave's easy to work with and was willing to look at a variety of options with me. He was patient through the process and always willing to run a variant until I found exactly what I was looking for. Once we had a few options, he provided great insights into those options which made my decision very easy.

Dave and his team were great in helping me refinance my house twice and beat rates of another lender. They made the process as easy as possible, helping me with all the required paperwork, etc. I highly recommend Dave Schell!

Dave and his entire team are fantastic! We have used them for multiple new home purchases as well as, re-financing. Dave and his team are always available and provide great communication throughout the process. Not only have they helped me find the best mortgage rate in the market, but they have provided assistance for home, flood and car insurance as well. I truly feel that I have found the best team in the business and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage lender

Dave Schell and his team were extremely knowledgeable and on top of each step of the process. We had emails and phone calls that let us know what we needed, recommended how to go about getting it and helped us through the process. I was referred to Dave via a friend for a primary refinance, and he did not disappoint. He is extremely knowledgeable, timely with communication, and overall a no-nonsense kind of guy (while still using a friendly approach with his businesss/clients). If you want a speedy and smooth process, do not hesitate to work with Dave. Seriously, just do it.

Dave was so helpful and pleasant to work with throughout the whole process of purchasing my home, from prequalifying through closing.
