Anytime I had a question for Dave during the loan process, all I had to do was call. Within minutes, he would call me back with an answer. My husband and I uploaded loan documents securely. We docusigned everything until the actual closing. The closing took place at our home 1700 miles away at a time we chose. Other than gathering all the paperwork we needed, this was a painless process.
