It was painless and very friendly as well as professional. I felt like I had been going there a long time. I never had a root canal that was painless and he did two on me that morning. Most important, he is an Alabama Fan.
I have been a patient of Dr. Shepard's for 20 years. They have always been great. Everyone is very caring. I can highly recommend them.!
Dr Sheperd has been incredible to our family! The entire staff is awesome. Dr Sheperd made our youngest son's very crooked teeth beautifully straight...he has taken us through root canals, fillings, crowns, & bridges...he has worked with us through times of unemployment & no insurance. Good visit, timely and pleasant service
Dr Shepherd's sense of humor and fun office environment make this the most enjoyable dentist office I've ever experienced...or even heard of! And they do good work, too - from routine cleanings to crowns, even root canals, I've had no problems with any of the work they've done for me over the past several years. I highly recommend Dr Shepherd!
I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment (it was either arrive early or shop at the mall with my wife! :-)), Mary was able to take me right in without waiting. Dr. Shepherd is always worth a few laughs and makes going to the dentist fun. Not many people can say that! It almost feels like I'm visiting with family when I go there.
The staff and Dr. Melton were kind enough to work me in for a slight emergency. They were professional, efficient, courteous, and welcoming. They provided superior service and repaired my broken tooth painlessly. I highly recommend them.
Great experience. I was seen in a timely manner. Had my teeth cleaned. Very efficient and caring.
Brenda worked me in for Dr Shepard to take a look and then called me back due to a cancelation. Brenda is a SUPER nice lady. Dr. Shepard was able to put in a stud in what was left of my tooth and installed a temp today. Now i don't have to worry tomorrow as i am driving to Nashville that i might have a problem out of state. Thank you to all, Tim Norris
