The staff is great! They do a wonderful job getting to know you and how to best clean my teeth. I highly recommend them.
I have been a long-time patient of Dr. Shepherd. I believe that he is one of the best dentists in the metro area. His staff are friendly and helpful and I don't ever plan to change to any other practice. They're the best. I have had multiple cleanings and several root canals and crowns. This visit was for a cleaning and the hygienist called me back promptly and I was out of there in a timely manner.
I've been coming here since 2001 never had a problem with the staff, Dr Shepherd is amongst the best around the Birmingham area. And Mary, the Hygienist, is top notch.

As usual great service, no complaints.
My son had a broken tooth and they fit us in right away. The staff was courteous and Dr. Melton did an excellent tooth repair. Everyone is so friendly and efficient. They made sure to work us in early in the morning so my son could be back for a test at school. Also, the facilities are welcoming.
Great service, sweet staff!
Popped a crown off chewing gum. Called Dr. Melton's office to see if I could get an appointment to have it put back on and was able to see them later that day.
