The staff was nice and polite. I was very satisfied with the cleaning I received from the hygienist, she was nice and made me feel comfortable. I spoke with Dr. Shepherd concerning future dental work and was pleased that he was knowledgeable and confident that he could take care of my dental situation. I look forward to getting an on-going and very frustrating dental matter taken care of next week.
I had an appointment with Dr. Shepherd to repair a chip in the front of a front tooth. He found another area that needed attention and corrected it without me having to make another appointment. He is the best dentist we have ever had. Being retired military, we have had many. Dr. Shepherd and his staff are GREAT!! I would not hesitate at all to recommend him to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Service was provided in a competent and friendly environment. There was no waiting and everything went as expected.
Very good, quick and efficient
Dr. Shepard and Dr. Melton explained in detail my problem so I could understand what they were about to do. The nurse was excellent in putting me at ease on the procedure and the medication that was being prescribed. I will be back in ten days and hope it will be the same experience.
Dr. Shepherd is like family to us. He always has our best interest at heart and strives to take care of us.
I've been a patient for, well, as long as I have had teeth. The care that I received was top-notch, and the staff are friendly and caring. They really are amazing folks, and I am glad that they are my dental care providers!
