The office staff was great about taking my "emergency" call and getting me in as quickly as possible. Dr Shepherd and staff were all very friendly and professional. I work in the medical field and would gladly recommend this practice to anyone needing dental care.
For many people, the phrase "dentist appointment" dredges up memories of waiting, unpleasantness, pain, and a big bill. That's the dentist paradym. NOT here. Dr. Shepherd and Dr. Melton and their truly friendly staff make coming to the dentist an enjoyable experience. REALLY.
