I feel completely at ease when I am at Dr. Sheppard's office. I recently visited another dentist and felt like I was in a glass jar waiting to be sterilizied.
My visit was for a scheduled cleaning and exam. Angie, the hygienist is always thorough, friendly, and professional. Dr. Melton is wonderful. I appreciate that this practice is always very punctual.

Dr. Shepard is a great dentist. He has structured his service to provide both excellent professional services and customer service. Everyone is wonderful to interact with, and I feel confident everyone does their best.

I appreciate the effort Dr. Sheppard did today in an effort to save a tooth. The atmosphere in the office was lite and fun. I am so thankful that I choose Dr. Sheppard as my dentist.
