As always, everything done well, on time, and a friendly environment. Can't beat it.
Nobody likes to go to the Dentist... but If you have to or need to go, this is the office to go to. This is a LOW stress office. Friendly, light hearted, and knowledgeable staff take care of you the whole way. Dr Shephard is very friendly and experienced and takes care of whatever ails you.
The staff was VERY friendly and courteous. Dr Shepard was the most capable dentist I've ever seen. I had to get a tooth removed and he had it out and I was on the way home before I was even settled in. I didn't even realize he had extracted the tooth.This will be my dentist as long as I'm in the area and I would recommend them to anyone.
I VERY much appreciate your taking my emergency so quickly -- my broken tooth. You explained what could be done which certainly calmed my distress. You would do a root canal and crown a replacement tooth. The anesthesia for the root canal did wear off a little too soon while some picking was being done in the process. Both Dr. Shepherd and his assistant were very nice and did a good job. Again we appreciate getting the problem taken care of so soon and so well.

Love my dentist office. They made room for me today after I chipped my tooth last night. I appreciate the quality care and friendly staff.
My appointment went very well. The staff members were pleasant and efficient. The appointment was started on time and completed quickly. I experienced no pain during the process of getting a new filling. Dr. Shepherd has been my dentist for 30 years and I have always been pleased with the dental work he has done for me. I highly recommend Dr. Shepherd and his staff.
