All dental techs were very nice,pleasant,and profesional. Doc too!
Very short wait and professional service.
As always, it's a great pleasure (seriously !) to go to Dr. Shepherd. He and his staff always have such a great attitude. The environment is warm and friendly. I can usually get in quickly, and the prices are very reasonable. Dr. Shepherd has been my dentist for over 20 years. I wouldn't consider going to anyone else.
The BEST EVER !!!! We all should have a Dentist office that cares more about the result then the money!! The entire staff acts like you are part of the family ... even if it is your first visit!
Everything went well today as my temporary bridge was replaced with a permanent one. My concerns over tooth sensativity have been put to rest now that the procedure has been completed and the symptoms have disappeared. Wait time was minimal and the staff was, as usuual, very helpful and friendly.
You guys are the best & if David ever retires I may never go to the dentist again. I am very thankful for the wonderful care my family has received for the last 24 years! Pam (Henderson) Hayes
Awesome dentist & staff! Who would have ever imagined that going to the dentist could be so fun?! With all of their jokes and cutting up , Dr Shepherd and his staff are singlehandedly destroying one of the greatest stereotypes of all time! And did I mention - they do a great job caring for me dental needs, too.
Everyone was courteous and friendly and very professional.
This was my first visit with Mary, who did an excellent job. Dr. Shepherd and the young lady substituting for Brenda at the reception desk were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Is it possible to say that I actually enjoyed going to the dentist without the threat of being institutionalized?
