Noah who is 15 loves Ms.Vickie she has been cleaning his teeth since Noah was 3 years old. We love coming to Dr.Shepherds office always the same people working there & always friendly - & they treat us like family

they always make you feel like they are happy to do what they can for you. they always check on you after your visit to make sure you are not having any problems. just a very friendly staff
Visiting a dentist is almost pleasant when the staff joke, laugh, and treat each other as family. They are also efficient. Dr. Shepherd's office would be a good place for folks who fear dentists because the atmosphere is warm and light-hearted until patients' concerns become serious. Then patients are treated with quiet and consideration.
As always, friendly and helpful staff. In and out very quickly, staff very professional and caring. Asking if I was cold, needed a blanket, or change the TV channel. As senior adults, my husband and I appreciate all the consideration. We both are long term patients of Dr. Shepherd.
I came in for a cleaning, and had to get a filling. Despite the added work, I was in and out within 30 minutes. The staff is so friendly and professional. I actually like coming for a visit at this dental office.
Dr. Shepherd's outgoing personality apparently rubs off on his whole team! Going to the dentist is not something you typically look forward to but I really do enjoy my time spent there.
