David handled everything superbly. It was the previous employee who did not do their job and sat on our information for several weeks while leading us along that made our experience somewhat disastrous. David was a true gem in rectifying the situation and producing quick results. We loved David and the prompt manner in which he attended to our affairs. David is the bright experience that we had at Velocio.
David was very good at making things right after my wife had a very unpleasant experience with Lisa. That is the only reason we did not score things higher. But David was great Lisa was not.
