Being understaffed gives no one an excuse to be rude. My daughter stopped in and was told that since she had no appointment that she couldn't even browse. Employees might want to consider that brides to be might have cash in hand when they come in and try being a little nicer.
My daughter walked in, cash in hand, to buy her wedding dress. She was told they could not help her, even though on their website it states that walk ins are welcome. 0 stars. Very unprofessional.

Salespeople lied about cost of alteration just to sell a dress. Staff did not know their own inventory and they almost gave away someone else dress to my sister in law. Terrible service.
