Me and my husband was greeted at the door with hostility and was told we wasnt allowed to go into other areas of the store and told my husband he needed to go aggressively wash his hands my husband is a hardworking man he had showered right before our arrival he cant help his hands were stained I have never felt so humiliated and disrespected we had plenty of money to make this dress purchase it was disgusting how we were treated

Being understaffed gives no one an excuse to be rude. My daughter stopped in and was told that since she had no appointment that she couldn't even browse. Employees might want to consider that brides to be might have cash in hand when they come in and try being a little nicer.
My daughter walked in, cash in hand, to buy her wedding dress. She was told they could not help her, even though on their website it states that walk ins are welcome. 0 stars. Very unprofessional.
