The overall search for bridesmaids dresses went well. But when we came back for the alterations appointment, I had to continuously go to the back and ask questions while my bridesmaid stood there, because the head of the alterations department just kept going to the back to chat with her friends. I had to ask all the questions because she didn't offer us any information to help us out. And this is after we had ordered the bridesmaid dresses and they sent me one with holes in it. Horrible customer service. Went for a bridesmaids dress and was treated poorly. Would not buy from them unless I had to.
Today I tried to call and make the final payment on my daughters dress. I was informed that once paid in full I must pick the dress up within 24hours. I said we were told we could arrange alterations for next week and come in for a fitting then and that I am working all weekend and can't pick the dress up now. She told me they have nowhere to store it. What????? You can store the dress until I pay you in full ??? On my first visit there, the sales lady gave me a push up bra. I had no understanding of wedding dresses and how they should fit. We found the dress, made the fitting appointment, and all way well! I scheduled my second fitting appointment during prom season. I arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment. Have a budget of 300 for a prom dress...drove 2 hrs ...5 employees in here 3 customers...you would think someone would have approached us to help us ...3 employees walked past me 2x. Started sweeping n shit.... David's Bridal in Huntsville worst service ever. And BTW I made it be known we were looking for a prom dress...and didn't even say anything as we left..

This was my first experience with wedding dresses. So I came to this store thinking I would get some help, and I'm not very picky actually I am very open minded! When I got there the lady that consulted me was very nice, she told me my attendant was running late, I didn't mind but she went ahead and got me started; got my bra size and dress size, what I was looking for and what I was interested in and wrote it all down for my attendant.
