Alison M. (consultant) and Brenda P. (manager) are AMAZING!!!!!!!! They helped me on the phone (and then in store) take care of an issue with my dress! They got the problem handled quickly and provided me with the best customer service and kindness you could ever want! They turned what could have been a horrible situation for me into an amazing positive! Can't say enough good things about them or this store! Thank you so much!!!!
I had an appointment with Grace at the belden store and couldn't of been happier!!! She watched me and learned me. She put me in dresses I was comfortable in. She dolled things up, added touches here and there, and just made the entire experience wonderful. Even being with other brides she made each one feel like they were the only one in the building. You dont find a lot of people like that anymore that really love their job and helping others. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone!

I had an appointment this morning with Lexi and she was AMAZING!!! She was knowledgeable, thorough, helpful, fun, and genuinely wanted me to be happy with whatever I chose. I will definitely make an appointment with her when I go back for bridesmaid dresses. I chose a gorgeous gown that I absolutely love, and had an upbeat, happy, and memorable experience in doing so...thanks to Lexi!
