I had the most amazing experience with Clare in alterations!! I lost 60 pounds after I bought my dress. I went in a couple weeks before my wedding date to see if Clare would still be able to make my dress work and she said of course! My mom and I had so much fun with her every fitting. Clare even made sure to work on a Sunday so I could pick my dress up and her be there to help. My dress was perfect!!! She took it from a size 22 to a 14 with no problems. Ordered dress and it didn’t fit- when I ordered it they did not have my style dress in a size close to mine to try on so we tried on a dress identical to mine except it did not have lace sleeves. Overheard the manager say “what’s the issue” and the woman helping me said “the issue is she had a baby”. Will never shop at this David’s Bridal EVER again. Very disrespectful and rude employees. I’m glad that having a baby is an “issue”.

My daughter ordered her bridesmaid dress online. She was told to order one size larger than she wears. So she did. It was a simple gray long chiffon dress. It didn’t even come close to fitting her. So now it is non refundable. When she contacted customer service it sounded like they were reading from a script. The worst comment was. “If that’s all for today. Last night my sister-in-law to be was treated with such bad manners...It was sickening. I’m not the type of person to complain or get upset, but when my family is being mistreated I can’t just stay quiet. I have been to this same location for myself, for another person, and not to mention the mother of the bride had just recently purchased her dress and wedding essentials there as well for a vow renewal (thank God it was a good experience for her, but I can’t say the same for her daughter, my sister-in-law to be). I got all 7 of my bridesmaids dresses, 3 flower girls dresses as well as my own dress here. All of my maids dresses were ordered 6-8 months prior to my wedding. One of my maids lives out of state and ordered her dress from her local store there. Months later she look at her receipt to find her dress should have arrived. When she called she was told that had NO sign of a dress for her at the store or that one was even ordered in the system. Mind you she paid for it in full and had her receipt. I did have an amazing experience being there, I had Jessica and she was amazing! Was very helpful with anything I needed! On the other had the managers are very rude,and snooty and don’t help you to the best they can! Had it not been for Jessica I would have walked out and not returned. After already having a bad experience before this one..

2 of my 5 bridesmaids went to Davids Bridal with me today to look for their dresses and we would have been better off going to a department store. My "stylist", Alax, was as helpful as a cardboard box. When she was around, she spent the majority of the time sitting in a chair watching my mom and I zip and button all of the dresses my bridesmaids tried on. I worked with David's Bridal in Canton, Ohio along with College Station, TX - and overall am not impressed. 3 stars for overall from me. :| Only slightly above average dress designs, overpriced, and didn't get any help picking out shoes and accessories, or bridesmaids gowns. Alterations lady was great however!
