Horrible service...the staff is rude and hateful and not attentive at all!
Haven't heard of anyone that has had a good experience in recent years. Both in Suburban Chicago and Kansas city missouri. My niece is still without a wedding dress She has paid for. Her wedding IS early Sept. They told her June after the original dress came in damaged and stained, the replacement never came. Then it was suppose to arrive in July. Terrible service and terrible product. Always late and in poor condition.
I picked up my daughter's wedding dress for her yesterday. I was shocked to find out that I had to pay $10 for a dress bag. You would think that spending $1000 would get you a dress bag!!! Very cheap David's, and very disappointing.
My sister and I had a bad experience with this location today. After having problems with the store that closed unexpectedly in Norridge, we were hing to have a better experience, but sadly that didn't happen. After having to wait 20 minutes in the dress I thought I was going to have altered there, we were rudely told that we wold have to come back on July 8th because we did not have an appointment. If this was the case, why was I walked into the alterations section, given a fitting room, and told I would be helped? After go... read more
Not the best experience. Everything was a mess. At the very last minute, they situated my issues. I should have gone somewhere else. It would have been less of a headache.
