Not crazy about the alterations department. Left 3 dresses for a month to be altered and when we returned on our scheduled date to pick them up, they were altering as we stood there waiting for them. Ends up one of the girls has to come back in two days after waiting 45 minutes to be told it will be ready in 15 minutes. Why do they take your phone number down if they arent going to use it.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was told month after month since December that my tiara and veil were on order EVERY TIME they I called. Last week Wednesday I am told that I took it home with me the same day that I purchased. WHY WOULD I TAKE SOMETHING THAT HAD BEEN ON 1000 'S OF HEADS HOME WITH ME??? I wanted new ones! The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. Do yourself a favor and run away. Extremely rude customer service department and management. Also non attentive sales consultants. The consultant forgot to write the dress number down I picked for bridesmaid dress. When the dress came in it was a snow storm and I was on bed rest from a doctor.
