Waited for 30 minutes to pick up a sash I had put on hold an hour earlier. Watched countless people walk aimlessly around doing nothing as the store was basically a ghost town. I finally got "help" from Shirley, who was incredibly rude and had an attitude right from the start, I guess she was annoyed at having to work while at her job. So disappointed in this location. Will gladly begin taking my business to House of Brides across the street.
Absolute horrible customer service. Had my bridesmaid bring in her dress for alterations 5 weeks before the wedding and they inform us 9 days before the wedding they can't do it! The nit wit manager basically giggled while I was talking with her like it was funny! All future brides, go elsewhere. I wish I listened to the other reviews before choosing them.
Terrible customer service. Had my bridesmaid dress for two weeks and never notified anyone in my wedding party that it was ready to be picked up and on top of that, I was calling them every other day to check to see if the dress had arrived and kept getting told no! Because of this, the dress was late coming to us and my bridesmaid incurred a rush fee for a fitting. I'm so glad I will never have to deal with this company again. Manager was awful about the situation as well!

They are terrible! I got my wedding dress there and love it. The same day I bought my dress, we picked the bridesmaids dresses. Since we had time, I waited to have the bridesmaids get measured. When we did go in December 2015 (for a May 2016 wedding) they told me that our dresses were no longer available. We picked new dresses that night. When 3 of my 6 bridesmaids ordered their dresses we were told it would take 17-22 weeks to get them. Seriously worst customer service I have ever experienced. Dress shopping should be fun,they me you feel as if I don't belong there. Joey the " greeter" was the most unkind human being I have ever met. I left and will definitely inform my entire wedding party that we will never be doing business with David's Bridal.
