The girl who helped me she never told me her name. All I know is it wasn't Deb! They didn't have anything I selected on my favorites, and if it wasn't for me writing down the 6 out of the favorites I really liked they would have never been able to check to see if they did have it because they couldn't pull my favorites up. I went to David's bridal with my friend today, along with other bridal party members, we were they about an hour and a half when we were told our bridal consultant needed to go to lunch by who I assume was a manager. We weren't offered anymore help, we were told she would take our sizes and we could call if we wanted to order anything. I took this as a you need to go, we are done helping you. Absolutely terrible service. Extremely rude associates and unwilling to help.
I found my dress and that was great. Paid it in full and it was sent to my house. Never did anyone call or even check if everything was ok. My bridesmaids went to start getting their dresses, they had the wrong colors on the chart. I have 11 bridesmaids, you think it would of been worth it to them. Got hung up on 2 times trying to make things right. Then, when we made an appointment for dresses, the lady was their to help us for less than an hour, and then we couldn't find her. Place is about as organized as the U.S. government. Staff is a bunch of snotty sqwauking twats. Wife went here and was treated like she had no clue what she was doing when in all reality davids bridal had no clue what they were doing. You shouldnt treat paying customers like anything but paying customers. Planning a wedding is supposed to be fun and exciting for a couple to be. Not stressful and annoying.
