Poor customer service in the alterations department. I do not recommend using this dept. The next time I need a dress altered I will absolutely use somewhere else.

Everyone at David’s Bridal was so sweet and accommodating. I kept changing things and apologizing and they just kept saying that it’s my day and they wanted everything to be perfect for me. I ended taking home a dress that I am absolutely in love with and at a very reasonable price as well! �

I had THE best experience at David’s Bridal. I was all over the place being scatter brained, but Julie was extremely helpful and patient and just so so fun. The alterations women were incredible and even stayed late to finish pinning my dress for me. I was blown away by all of them. They were all so wonderful and kind! I can’t wait to go back when my dress is done!
