I give them 3 stars. I came in to buy a maternity bridesmaid dress. I was comfortable in a 10, considered getting a size 12, considered... the consultant pushed me to order a 14! I'm normally a size 4 or 6 in regular clothing. When I came back to get alterations, the alterations lady asked me why I would order such a big size and that I should have gotten a 10. I had been in the store on 3 different occasions looking for a wedding dress. The first time was with Michealla and it was an awesome experience but I fortunately didn't find the dress. The second time was less than great. I can't remember her name but she didn't take any time to look for my favorites because "she can't ever read them from the print out", I never tried on a single dress that I remotely liked and the girl never really seemed to care. Came in about a week ago to find my perfect dress. The only reason they get three stars is because I found a gorgeous dress. I had booked my appointment several weeks prior. When I got there, they didn't have anything organized. No consultant scheduled for my time. And despite me spending much time saving favorites on the website they couldn't pull up my choices on their computer, which is what I was told they could do when I booked the appointment, so we had to spend 30 mins of the appointment looking.
