Desteny helped me find a wedding dress after my first one was completely ruined by alterations (completely different stores)! She got one on me that I fell in love with and got me a discount and straight into alterations. It was "Desteny" that I went in when I did! Thank you!!!
Loved my experience! Payten was very attentive the whole time and made some great dress selections for me to try! She was so sweet, and the manager was very involved as well. We felt very welcomed and the whole process was seamless!
Payton was very understanding and listened to what my daughter had to say about what kind of dress she was looking for. She had the manager help me understand how the davids bridal card worked both of the young ladies help me with signing up. Thank you so muchó
Jenson and shandie are great help! They were able to locate me the correct dress after a horrible experience I had at another location. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure I had the correct dress, color and size for my sisters wedding. Would recommend this location over any other David's Bridal.
This location is beautiful, layout of the outside is clean inside of the store is beautiful and clean. The service i received was AMAZING! I went in last minute (3 hours before the wedding) needing something to wear to my son's wedding. I didnt have an appointment I was assked to sign in at the front and was told they would get me in if they could I waited about 15 mins and was able to be put in a fitting room. I had the absolute best experience today. After leaving another David’s location in the area in tears as well as 2 other highly regarded bridal boutiques, I figured what the heck and walked into The Woodlands location and left with tears of joy. I came in without an appointment thinking I might be turned away but was welcomed with open arms by Cricket (I believe she was a manager) and several other lovely ladies. I couldn’t purchase today but plan on returning very soon!
It was an overall good experience. Nice people working in the store.

I was pleased with the kind help during my appointment, but disappointed in the MOB dress selection. I found a special occasion dress I had seen on the Internet. It was not in my size and I was told it wasn't available to be ordered. The sweet assistant that was helping me did not know why the dress was no longer available but aided my husband and me in locating the dress in my size at other stores located within our state. My consultant was trying to juggle multiple appointments at the same time. #fail! Also, she expected me to pick out dresses to try on, but I was expecting her to pick out some recommendations on what she thought I might like based on what I told her about my style because she's the expert. I came in seeking guidance and didn't get any.
