We arrived at David’s Bridal on Wednesday afternoon looking for a Mother of the Groom dress and another formal gown. We only had until Friday morning to find something as we live 8 hours away. From the second you walk through their doors you feel welcomed and the customer service is just phenomenal. Not only did we find our 2 dresses but we had them altered as well. I give David’s bridal 0 stars . We went to the 67 Colossus Dr location in Woodbridge and the service was terrible! Poor service and poor communication skills! Anywhere else would be better! My daughter-in-law and I brought our dresses there to have a simple alterations (that’s what they told us on the first visit from a very nice lady that after I left my dress there I never saw her) also I know that will not be a big alterations because my Mom use to be a clothing repair/tailoring. When I went in for alterations I was made to feel like a barbie doll. They poked me and moved me and my arms without asking me to move them myself. I felt very uncomfortable and was barely asked about what I was looking for. The girl that was doing my alterations was very quiet and was hard to hear when she asked me to turn so when I didn't hear her, she would repeat it very rudely.
