Great customer service! Love my dress! I found my dress online and went in store to try it on. They ordered the correct color and size for me. I had the dress altered as well. Through the whole process, everyone was very nice and it was a quick turnaround with shipping and alterations. The dress came out exactly how I wanted and fit better than thought it would.

I was overall satisfied, but was very surprised when one of the seamstress who was helping me with my WEDDING dress, told me that if they have to many dresses to do that they send them off to “help shops”. With how much my alternations cost (which I know is expensive) I would think they would do the dresses themselves. When I went in for my fitting there were parts of the dress not sewn down and seams not matching up, so the seamstress had to take my dress back and fix those. What a very amazing place to shop for wedding dresses! I didn’t get his name but a very nice gentleman helped me get my dress altered. He didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all! Keep up the great work!

All of the staff were so kind and invested in me finding my wedding dress! Karly specifically was so helpful and patient with me as I tried to find a dress I loved. When I had questions, she had answers or made sure to find them! She also did everything in her power to make sure I could leave that day with the dress, even if I couldn’t get it that minute or pay everything up front.
