The staff here are wonderful. The mangers are very involved, and the staff truly cares about the customers here.

I've been to this location several times to search, purchase and alter my wedding dress and every time I walk in I don't get that "Hello! Welcome to Davids Bridal! How can we help you?" I always feel like I've bothered them just by walking in the door. When I walk in just by their unresponsive demeanor I want to walk back out; however, I am unable to say that about the alterations team in the back. WOW! We bought a dress for prom, when we were talking with the person who was doing the alterations she was telling us how it would be done, sounded great. But when we went to pick up the dress it was not at all what she said! I had a dark purple dress and in the back where it was to be gathered up she put clear buttons! Yes so if I want to take it down at the dance I will have to take sissors to remove the buttons! That weren't supposed to show in the first place! Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I was looking for a few specific dresses that were not in the store, and the woman helping me found out their arrival times and specifics about the dresses. My alterations appointment went great, the seamstress I worked with was very polite and really made the dress fit perfectly. Overall a wonderful experience!

Daniella was great. She was nice and helpful although she kept picking out dresses the bride said she didn't want. The store manager kept trying to push a sale and stood behind the entire time making for a very unpleasant experience for us, the bridesmaids, and the bride. We felt like we couldn't freely look at dresses for the bride and felt very unwelcome by staff aside from the one who was working with us. Unfortunately, Abilene doesn't have much to choose from in the way of weddings are concerned. Just really disappointed... read more
