AMAZING!! The staff at this store is amazing!! They worked very hard to meet our needs with our special circumstances and covid restrictions!! Thank you NiNi for setting up our appointment with our special request!! Super humongous shout out to Sarah for being the best!! She is super nice and very patient! In the end, we found 2 bridesmaids dresses, a dress for me (the mother of the bride) and shoes for all, including the bride!!! Sara made my dress shopping experience perfect.. She is so sweet and easy to talk to. Typically in this situation I would feel extremely uncomfortable but Sara eased my worries and helped me find the perfect dress. I cannot thank her enough! 10 out of 10 I would recommend you request Sara to schedule your appointment with!
I’m not one to write reviews, but Kaitlyn and her team were the most attentive, accommodating, and FRIENDLY customer service team I have ever met. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed (on a cut to order dress in the middle of a pandemic, they’re ICONIC!) I could not recommend them more! 1000/10
I've made three visits to David's Bridal in Whitehall, PA, and all three exceded my expectations. O. The first visit, my consultant was Judy. We hit it off right away, and she shated enthusiasm for the vision for our wedding, despite it being rather non traditional. She was patient as I tried on different dresses, and even picked one of my top two favorites - a beautiful, short, lace dress.
